Hi, I'm Michelle, a UX & content designer.

I work to understand people and empower them to make informed choices, whether or not it is: designing 0-1 products locally and internationally, copywriting for a dating startup, researching death penalty sentences worldwide, developing educational programming in a co-op, or managing guest relations in fine dining.

I lead with curiosity, humility, and care. I study the forest while planting the trees, think in networks, view challenge as opportunity, and learn through observation and collaboration.

I also translate poetry, listen to Depeche Mode, and fall down Wikipedia rabbit holes, sometimes (okay, often) simultaneously.
